Sunrise on the Eastern Seaboard

From the rising of the sun....

We got up one morning to catch the sunrise on the highest point on the Eastern Seaboard, Cadilac Mountain. You can drive up the mountain and catch the sunrise sitting on some of the exposed granite rock. For most of the year, this is the first place in America that sees the sun.

We then had a full day of boating, hiking and getting stuck in the quake ooze (next blog....) and headed back to our camp site....

To the going down of the same......

That is awesome photography. I have always wanted to watch a sunrise.

Thought about you all and this blog when I heard about those that got swept out to see at Thunder Hole. Glad you all are safe. ;)
